FAIRWORK Belgium is an organisation with more than 15 years of experience defending the employment rights of labour migrants, documented and undocumented, domestic workers and young au pairs in Belgium. Our services are completely free and our mission is to support victims of exploitation.
Helpdesk
Through our helpdesk for domestic workers and au pairs, we offer individual assistance and information relating to your employment rights and the way in which you can enforce those rights. We put you in touch with the labour inspectorate and we can help you file a complaint against your employer and with the remainder of the process.
You can get in touch with us in Dutch, French, English and Spanish. If your language is not one of those listed, please ask a friend or acquaintance to phone for you.
Zondagse activiteiten voor huishoudpersoneel
Naast onze helpdesk, hebben wij het empowermentsproject FAIRWORK Belgium for Domestic Workers opgericht voor het huishoudpersoneel en au pairs in België. In het kader van dit project organiseren wij zondagse activiteiten zoals Franse lessen, vormingen in arbeidsrechten en sociaal-culturele activiteiten. De activiteiten zijn volledig gratis en ze worden georganiseerd in het Engels en in het Spaans.
